Business offering used crockery, cutlery, glassware
General information
Overall description
We are a large restaurant group and are currently going through a process of refurbishment to a lot of a restaurants nationwide. As a result of this process we are changing all our crockery, glassware, cutlery etc. which will leave us with circa 225,000 items of surplus used stock. We are very keen to donate rather than dispose of this stock. There will be approximately 2500 items (2 pallets) at each of circa 90 restaurants across the UK. The items will be boxed up. Ideally we are looking for someone who can collect from the individual restaurants but there are possible opportunities for us to be able to deliver the products as well if needed. We are more than happy to discuss only part clearance of these goods.

God's Children Ministries says: Dear Sir/Madam,
We are a Non-profit Christian Development and Relief organization located in Haiti.
We don't know if the items that you are offering are still available, If yes, we are interested to receive them.
As you there are still more than 300000 Haitians living on streets because of the eathquake that hit the country last year.
Those items (Plates, Bowls, Cups, Mugs, Glasses, Dishes, Saucers...)will help us to assist many Haitians and use them in our projects.
We would invite the Consul of UK in Haiti to assist the distribution in our orphanages and tents cities in Port-au-Prince.
If you can have the boxes be in London, we could send a representative overthere to take care of the shipping to Port-au-Prince.
We must tell you that those items will really help those in need in Haiti.
We thank you and hope to hear from you.
Sincerely,
Sheila Denis
